Corrections Policy
This policy explains how readers can report an error and how we assess, correct and document material changes to published information.
Last updated: October 5, 2026A useful correction identifies the exact page, disputed statement and an official source that supports the proposed change.
What Can Be Reported
- A factual error, outdated date, amount or procedure.
- A broken or incorrectly attributed official link.
- A heading, table or sentence that creates a misleading impression.
- A spelling or formatting problem that changes meaning.
- Personal information that should not appear on the website.
How to Submit a Correction
- Email contact@indirammaillustatus.com.
- Include the full URL of the affected page.
- Quote the exact text that may be wrong.
- Explain the proposed correction concisely.
- Provide a government order, official notice or other reliable evidence.
How We Review Reports
We compare the report with the cited source, the authority responsible for the information and the context of the page. We also check whether the issue is statewide, district-specific, historical or related only to one applicant's private record.
Possible Outcomes
- Correction: inaccurate text is replaced or removed.
- Clarification: wording is expanded when the original statement was technically accurate but easy to misunderstand.
- Update: a newer official development is added without treating the earlier version as an error.
- No change: the evidence does not support the request or concerns a private decision we cannot verify.
Material and Minor Changes
Minor spelling, grammar and layout fixes may be made without a public correction label. A material factual change may be identified through an updated date or a short change explanation when that context helps readers.
Fairness and Abuse
We review good-faith criticism regardless of whether it is favorable to the website. We may decline repetitive, threatening, irrelevant or privacy-invasive requests.
